FLOORS & SURFACES

General Description

In Roman times cocciopesto was a material often used for the floors of the noble houses. “ Coccio” ( cotto’s fragments) are crushed and pulverized, mixed with resins and other aggregates, colored with natural pigments to obtain any poly chrome combination that can be used to create various shapes and sizes.
Shaping, the inlay process, its final color and soft surface texture is carry out by specialized Italian craftsmen and entirely hand made becoming unique and unrepeatable.
CoccioPesto is versatile and of great impact, from small interventions to large projects, offering new, endless and unexpected solutions to satisfy any type of architecture or design challenge.
