Each PIECE exhibits variation in thickness and size, typically ranging within 1/4" margin.   FOR THIS REASON IT'S ESSENTIAL TO APPLY THE RIGHT QUANTITY OF ADHESIVE TO ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED LEVELNESS.  IT MAY ALSO REQUIRE SOME SURFACE or back SANDING FOR A BETTER ALIGNMENT DURING THE TILE INSTALLATION PROCESS. Typically available in these nominal sizes :
